Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah is seeking to empower a new batch of 100 youths through her skill acquisition scholarship programme at the Grundvid Institute, Oba.
The scholarship programmes are in hotel management, catering, fashion designing, hair dressing/salon business, ICT/computer training etc.
