KhuluReinfirst Manyuka, self-styled messiah, died from malnutrition, after trying to beat Jesus' record of 40 days and 40 nights fasting, on Saturday, 15 June.
Report from Politica, says he died 30 days later, after leaving his home, into the bush to focus on God.
He was a well known spiritual man.
His family got to know about his death 30 days later.
He had no history of illness.
"According to the police, Mr Manyuka is not the first to die from fasting, as numerous other cases have been reported.
