Quite simply, with good effective leadership, the leader(s) can drive their nation / constituencies to achieve all the critical aspects of developmental goals and objectives.

Leadership is essential for effective management/ representation and a good leader is able to understand his sub-ordinates, their needs and source of satisfaction.

The quality of leadership usually determines the fate of one constituency or nation. “In fact, Management activities such as planning, organizing and decision-making are like dormant cocoons until the leader triggers the power of motivation in the people and guides them towards the goals.

This is why I urge the lawmaker representing Dunukofia constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly,  Hon. Lawrence Ezeudu (Cheleku) to shine on.

I will not dwell in much funfare, for the reward of good work is more work, and indeed, we have alot of work to be done.

You have made Dunukofia the envy of friends and foes alike. "Well done Cheleku "
