BUILDING COLLAPSE: Gov. Obiano Inaugurates Panel Inquiry.

Following the simultaneous collapse of buildings accross the state, Governor of Anambra state, Willie Obiano has on Wednesday, 5th June inaugurated a Panel of Inquiry.


The inauguration took place at the Anambra State Execo Chambers, Governemnt House, Awka.

The Panel of Inquiry Members includes:

1. HRH Igwe Charles C. Agballa ~ Chairman.

2. ACP, John Obuagbaka ~ Rep. Of Com. Of Police.

3. Engr. Emeka Ezenwunne (Com. Of Housing).

4. SP, Chinedu Anigbaoso (CSO to the Governor).

5. Chief CY Agupugo (Chairman, SEMA).

6. Engr. Alexander Chukwunwike (Rep. NSE).

7. Engr. Afam Afugbuom (Rep. Nigeria Institute of Builders).

8. Mr. Alloy Uzor (Rep Nigeria Institute of Town Planners).

9.  Mr. Ebosie Ezeoke (Rep. Material Testing Laboratory).

10. Hon. Nwabufo Nwankwo ~ Secretary.

The Governor while inaugurating the panel, charged them to do a thorough job towards finding a lasting solution the menace of building collapse in the State.
