Ambode is still Governor of Lagos State not Sanwo-Olu, says BOSCO

The Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu Campaign Organisation (BOSCO) have made a statement debunking every campaign and talk calling Babajide Sanwo-Olu Governor of Lagos State and not Akinwunmi Ambode.


The BOSCO through her Director, Media and Publicity, Comrade Olusesan Daini, on Monday, 8th October, disassociates itself from press release circulating online, referring Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu as "The Governor".

"We hereby disassociate ourselves and our candidate, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu from such frivolous post primary programmes and appellations therein. At no time was such message released by Mr. Tayo Ayinde and BOSCO. The message should be disregarded in its entirety."

"The office wants to reiterate that the Governor of Lagos State is His Excellency, Mr.  Akinwunmi Ambode, while Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu remains the Lagos State APC governorship candidate for the 2019 gubernatorial election."
