Femi Otedola will run for Governor of Lagos State under PDP

A businessman and Chairman of Forte Oil PLC, Femi Otedola will run for Governor of Lagos State under the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

The news was let loose and confirmed by Dele Momodu, publisher of Ovation magazine on Tuesday, 11th September via twitter.

This news is coming a day after Gov. Ambode decleared interest in running for second term.

Though we are still waiting for a formal confirmation from Femi Otedola as there is none for now. The account giving out N100,000k to 1000 people on twitter is a clone account.

With this kind of move, Lagos is going to be holding two elephants come 2019 General Elections.

If Femi Otedola actually got a ticket to contest for the Lagos State governorship position come 2019, I see him winning ahead of any other candidate.
