Anambra North Senator, Stella Oduah Adaeze, goes on Scholarship and Medical outreach.
Senator Stella Oduah is making the public know that all empowerment programmes she does, including scholarships, medical outreach and other life saving projects are free.
The public are advised NOT to pay any money to anyone including those handling the programmes on her behalf.
Please report anyone demanding payment from you before participating in any of Senator Oduah's empowerment and projects, says Senator Stella.
