Sad: HND 1 OTM student Passes on in Yabatech.
YABATECH STUDENTS' CONGRESS
MOTTO: FOR THE UNION MAKES US STRONGER
PMB 2011 YABA LAGOS
CONDOLENCE REGISTER; THE NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO OUR HEALTH
Yabatech Students' Congress sympathizes with the leadership and membership of the National Association of Office Technology Students over the shocking demise of one of their colleague, an HND I student.
We pray for the repose of her soul even as we trust that the divine would comfort her family, her friends, NAOTEMS and SMBS at large.
We also commiserate with other students' associations who are currently mourning the loss of a member in their ranks.
The Congress recognizes the importance of the lives of every Yabatech student, and would at all times rise to the task of making demands for and on behalf of our welfare and security on campus.
We also use this medium to inform students to take on the responsibility of personally monitoring of their state of health at intervals. This is necessary to forestall avoidable ill health conditions that might result to death.
The Congress urge all students to completely desist from the sharp practices of drug abuse and the illicit use of banned substances, prevalent in our society today. The disadvantages therein outweighs by far its gains.
We desire a healthy Yabatech. Students must imbibe in conducts of proper hygiene in the hostels, lecture halls and other areas of active student activity
We assure all students of our dedication to the course of engaging the management for improved conditions of learning and living in Yabatech.
Signed
Yabatech Students' Congress
cc: ND II class (School of Arts, Design and Printing)
HND I OTM (Monolingual and Bilingual)
President, NAOTEMS
President, ADSA
President, AMABSS
All Yabatech Students.
