Karate: Training Seminar with Sensei Tomiko

Training seminar with Sensei Tomiko will be as follows:

Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd June 2016 at The Dr. Molade Okoya Hall, Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

Morning Session

9:00am to 11:00am 

Adults

Afternoon Session

3:00pm to 4:00pm

Children 

Different venue. This is will be communicated.

Evening Session

7:00pm to 9:00pm

Adults

If there are any changes to this program, you will be informed in due course.

Do recall that the training seminar is open to both male and female practitioners.

Only the championship which follows on the 3rd and 4th of June, 2016 is for females only..!!

Sensei Tomiko will also be taking part as a referee at the championship..!!
